Community

Alongside my professional work, I’m involved in community-based initiatives that support connection, wellbeing and recovery.

This work sits outside traditional service settings and focuses on creating spaces where people feel connected, supported and part of something meaningful.

Run Into Recovery

A community initiative supporting connection and recovery through movement.

Run Into Recovery brings people together through running, connection and shared recovery.

The group creates opportunities for community, wellbeing and belonging beyond traditional service settings.

Sundays in Melbourne. All fitness levels welcome. Run or walk at your own pace. No pressure, just connection and community.

The impact running has had on my mental and physical health has been phenomenal. My self-worth and self-esteem have grown, strengthening my recovery journey. What I love about Run Into Recovery is sharing that journey with others in a warm, welcoming group where there’s no pressure — whether you run or walk, you belong.”
